Quotes and bookings
Submitting a quote request does not confirm a booking. We review the details and contact you to discuss pricing and availability. The price is confirmed before work starts. If the job differs from the description, any pricing change must be discussed before additional work proceeds.
Pricing and availability
Single-item pickups start at $80. Final pricing depends on the items, volume and access. Same-day service is available only when the schedule allows. We serve Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park and Beaumont; contact us to confirm other locations.
Items and access
You must have permission to authorize removal of the items and provide safe access. Clearly identify what should and should not be removed. Please tell us about stairs, restricted access, heavy items and other relevant conditions before the job.
Excluded materials
We do not take hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos-containing materials or medical waste. Contact us before booking if you are unsure about an item. Older structures may require hazardous-material testing before demolition.
Changes and concerns
Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change or you have a concern about the work. Any payment, cancellation or other job-specific arrangements should be confirmed with us before the booking.
Referral incentive
The advertised referral incentive is $50 for each completed referred job, with no limit on the number of referrals. Contact us to confirm referral details before the job. Further referral arrangements must be agreed directly with us.

These terms do not remove any rights available to you under applicable Alberta or Canadian law.
