Before the work begins
A quote request is free and does not create a booking or a charge. We confirm pricing before work starts. Any deposit, payment or cancellation arrangements must be discussed and agreed with you for the specific job.
If you need to cancel or reschedule
Call or text (780) 680-3529 as soon as you know your plans have changed. We will discuss the booking and any arrangements already agreed with you. This page does not introduce a blanket cancellation fee.
If something is not right
Contact us with the job date, a description of your concern and any helpful photos. We will review the work and payment details with you and discuss an appropriate resolution. A refund is not automatically guaranteed by submitting a concern.
Refund arrangements
Any agreed refund amount and method will be confirmed directly with you. Processing time may depend on the original payment method and payment provider. No fixed refund deadline or no-refund rule is stated here.
