Privacy policy
How YEG Junk Pros handles information shared when you request a quote or use this website.
Last updated October 12, 2026
Information you share
We collect the contact details, pickup area, item descriptions, scheduling preferences and optional photos you provide with a quote request. Only share photos of the items to be removed; avoid people, identification documents and other private information.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, contact you with a quote, arrange pickup and handle service-related questions. Submitting a request is not consent to unrelated promotional messages.
Quote processing and other services
Quote requests and uploaded photos are processed through Netlify Forms when this website is hosted on Netlify. Hosting and form providers may process data outside Canada. The website also loads external photos, video, fonts, the Google Ads tag and an optional Google map; those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address.
Google advertising and measurement
This website uses Google’s advertising and measurement tag (Google Ads) to measure whether visitors who arrive from our ads send a quote request. The tag may set cookies or identifiers in your browser and may receive information about your visit. When the quote form is submitted, details entered, such as an email address or phone number, may be sent to Google in hashed form for that measurement. You can control ad personalization in Google’s Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com).
Access and protection
Information is used for service-related purposes and may be accessible to the service providers needed to handle your request. Do not upload sensitive information. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Call us to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting information you have shared, or to withdraw permission for further quote-related contact. Some records may need to be retained for legal or service obligations.
